To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
We will take responsibility for issues resulting from manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors, including but not limited to damaged items, defective zippers, tears, material defects, significant color discrepancies, or substantial differences between the product received and the product description or images presented on our website.
If the return request is due to selecting an incorrect size or color, or because the item is no longer wanted and no product issue is involved, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
For return shipments, we recommend using a service that provides tracking information. Please ensure that your order number is clearly associated with the return package to help us identify and process your return efficiently.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our returns facility, any eligible refund or other available remedy will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
